Fisher Cats Oral Health Challenge and the 2012 Season

Spring is fast approaching and soon it will be Baseball season!  The New Hampshire Fisher Cats have an exciting 2012 season line up and Rick Brenner will be with us to share about the special events happening this season at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.  One of the special events is that children will have an opportunity to earn two free tickets for a 2012 game by participating in the Oral Health Challenge, the Fisher Cats will be hosting Oral Health Challenge Nights on April 27, May 2, June 7, June 20, August 16, and August 26.  Northeast Delta Dental special promotions will occur on May 12, June 24, July 8, August 4, and August 26.  Opening day for the Fisher Cats 2012 season is April 12 and they will be featuring a pre-game celebration to honor the 2011 Eastern League Championship and a post game fireworks show.  Be sure to listen to this weekend's broadcast to catch all the excitement for the 2012 Fisher Cats season.

Health Care Reform Update

We have an informative program this weekend as Tom, Jack, and Chris Alibrandi share with us about the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. The broadcast will teach you about the goals of the law, what the exchanges are, and an update on where each of the three states (ME, NH, VT) are in the process with regards to implementation of the exchanges and other aspects of the law. Children's Dental Health Month

Dental professionals nationwide will be providing free dental services to children in need, as part of Children's Dental Health Month. The American Dental Association sponsors Children's Dental Health Month and Give Kids a Smile as a way to raise awareness about the importance of oral health. Dr. Shannon Mills joins us on this weekend's broadcast to share about the importance of good oral health and reminding us that developing good habits at an early age and scheduling regular dental visits helps children get a good start on a lifetime of healthy teeth and gum.  This program aired on February 4, 2012.

Amigos De Honduras on Northeast Delta Dental Radio

Chris and Dr. Berryman share about their experiences on their past trips to Honduras as they worked on projects such as construction of a school, medical and dental care clinics, and installation of water filtration for the people of Honduras.
