Last weekend on the show, we had a conversation on wellness with an emphasis on running and area road races. This weekend, we continue our wellness themed events with Tom Walton joining us for a conversation on triathlon events. The Friends of the Merrimack River Greenway Trail and Northeast Delta Dental presents the Merrimack River Greenway Trail Triathlon on July 20, 2014.
