WIC Pay for Prevention Project

Hope Saltmarsh is our guest this weekend and she will talk with us about the New Hampshire Department of Public Health Services WIC Pay for Prevention Project.  The project provides dental services to WIC (Pregnant women, infants, and children up to age 5) clients at three sites in the state.  The goal of the program is to improve access, improve oral health, and decrease care costs.  As of September 2015, the program served 573 children and 123 women.  Join us on the radio to learn more about the WIC Pay for Prevention Program!

Fit Friendly Worksite Recognition Program

Northeast Delta Dental is committed to providing physical activity and wellness opportunities for employees and was recognized as a Gold Level Recipient of the American Heart Association’s Fit Friendly Worksite Recognition Program.  Cindy Rybczyk, Director Heart & Stroke Walk at the American Heart Association is our guest on this weekend’s program to talk about the award and the Fit Friendly Worksite Recognition Program.  Cindy will also provide us an update on happenings at the American Heart Association and discuss the upcoming NH Heart Walk event.  www.nhheartwalk.org
