It is ‘Back to School’ time and our program this weekend has an educational theme as we present “STEM Programs and ‘Math Phobia’”. Our guests for this show are Susan Dunton, President of New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI), and Valerie LaVoice, Mathematics Department Head at NHTI. The conversation will center around NHTI classes that emphasize a strong foundation in math, the Math Lab in the Learning Center, tutoring services that are available for all levels of math from the basics, to College Algebra, Multivariable Calculus, and advanced Physics. We will also share briefly about some of the upcoming events at NHTI that include the start of the fall semester, the Investiture of Susan B.
