The race event has raised more than $3.5 million in the past 15 years to cover important services at the Payson Center for Cancer Care HOPE Resource Center. April is Child Abuse Prevention Month! In the early 1990s, Northeast Delta Dental formed a coalition of individuals, professional associations, and agencies in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont with a vested interest in the health and welfare of children, and to promote the Prevent Abuse and Neglect through Dental Awareness (P.A.N.D.A.) program with the support of the Northeast Delta Dental Foundation. The mission of the Food Bank is to distribute food to more than 425 partner agencies who, in turn, distribute to food pantries, homeless shelters, soup kitchens, children’s programs, senior centers and more. The New Hampshire Food Bank is the backbone of charitable food donations in the state. In 2018, they distributed 14 million pounds of food, and provided the equivalent of 11,777,592 meals through its partner agencies.
