Amber Ferreira joins us this weekend on Northeast Delta Dental Radio for a show on Weekend Wellness! Our program will focus on road races and the benefits of running. Amber will discuss the importance of exercise as preventive healthcare, local racing and the awesome New Hampshire racing scene. We will look at the CARS schedule of events and a look back at some of the 100 plus races that Tom participated in during the 2015 season.
