March came in with a snow storm that made skiers happy and is heading out with summer time temperatures that are making runners very happy. With these warmer days, folks are thinking about running and so are we on Northeast Delta Dental Radio. Our program this weekend is Running and Wellness and features Perry Seagroves as our guest. Perry will share about the history of running here in New Hampshire and in particular the Capital Area Race Series (CARS), which begins next weekend with the first race, the 13th Gilmanton 5K Road Race.
